POSITION OVERVIEW: Our Room Attendants are required to complete the day-to-day housekeeping of the Copperstone Resort. Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring all Canmore Premier Standards are maintained and we provide a superior experience to all guests through their stay.RESPONSIBILITIES: · Daily cleaning of common areas and assigned rooms.· Vacuuming carpets & rugs.· Sweeping and mopping floors.· Scrubbing counters and appliances.· Sanitizing high traffic touch points.· Cleaning all kitchen areas such as stove, oven, microwave and fridge.· Dusting.· Cleaning dishes including loading & unloading the dishwasher and hand washing & drying dishes· Removing trash, recycling, and compost.· Making beds.· Replenishing and restocking amenities.· Checking lamps, lights, clocks, and miscellaneous equipment to ensure they are in working order and reporting problems.· Reporting Damages.· Liaising with the Maintenance and Guest Services teams.· Other related duties as required.REQUIREMENTS: · Housekeeping experience preferred.· Experience working in a 3-4 star Environment is preferred.· High school graduation, post secondary education in Hospitality an asset.· Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.· Ability to operate housecleaning appliances (vacuum, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc).· Attention to detail.· Service Oriented.WORKING CONDITIONS:
