Spring Creek is searching for a Marketing Manager who will drive and direct the marketing plan for all of Spring Creek Mountain Village Inc., which includes Spring Creek Realty, Spring Creek Vacations, Origin at Spring Creek, The Malcolm Hotel, Stirling Lounge & Grill, The Pulse, and future businesses on the property. The person in this permanent full-time position plans and executes all marketing activities for the company, utilizing various platforms to promote Spring Creek projects and businesses, as well as analyzing the success of our online strategies and presence that establish brand awareness.We are looking for someone with a background in marketing and communications (both education and experience), who has utilized collaboration platforms, online engagement platforms, is familiar with social media management and has the ability to analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and report on this information.A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office is required; photography skills would be an asset.The person in this role must be highly organized and self-motivated and be able to lead projects and prioritize work tasks.
