Basecamp Property Management Ltd. is a rapidly growing boutique chain of hotels based in Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Revelstoke, Golden and many more locations on the way. Big Moose Realty also develops residential and commercial buildings in the same areas. We are continuously expanding to better serve the resort communities in the Mountains with many developments on their way.Position OverviewWe require a full-time permanent Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help with our development company to take care of the sales and marketing of developments and projects.Salary: depends on experienceFull-time/PermanentKey Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategy for media exposure and community management for real estate division.- Conduct performance analysis using appropriate reporting tools on respective strategies to understand efficacy and to continuously improve strategy.- Assist with preparation of formal investor materials including coordination of print production, as required.- Assist with creation of Real Estate brand and website and ongoing updates.- Assist with preparation of planning and development figures, as required.- Preparation of marketing floor plans and site plans.- General sales/condo coordination (e.g. furniture packages, upgrades).- Manage all buyer communications.- Coordination of sales contracts.- Manage interior design process, as required.- Meeting with buyers as required including on-site appointments/inspections with buyers.- Other duties as assigned by the VP of Development.Requirements- 2+ years of marketing experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; and Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator- Highly organized and motivated- Education in business, marketing or communication is considered an assetWhy Work for Us- We have a health benefits plan.- We offer competitive wages depending on experience.- Be part of a growing company with many opportunities.- We believe in working hard and having fun!
