Job Description

Enjoy a day in the mountains. Part Time Personal Support Worker for sweet, sensitive 36 year challenged female with autistic tendencies and health issues. She functions at approximate. 5 year level in areas therefore needs help and guidance. Female Caregiver must have experience or training working with mentally challenged and be flexible, patient and caring. Willing to learn and adhere to English verbal and written direction and communicate clearly. This is a contract position but not with stipulated time. Non smoker

  • Position requires: Canadian Social Insurance Number (#SIN), or Health Care worker Visa, Client vehicle provided therefore valid drivers license and driver history. Able to provide background checks and references. Must be fully vaccinated for covid -19
  • Responsibilities include: bathing, light meal and snack prep. Outings such as watching hockey and skiing, walks, going for picnics, swimming, bike riding, bowling. Guidance with home tasks and volunteer positions. Evening TV & games, reading to her and colouring with her. Bed time prep, medication administration and home maintenance.
  • Shifts: Saturdays Start 8:30am to 8:30 pm. and if possible available for temporary replacement when required. $240 per shift
Close to bus stop.Comfortable Caregiver room for breaks, meals and for overnight accommodation if required before or after shifts.Available for preliminary face time interviews.Work Remotely
