Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Receptionist/administrative Assistant to assist a law office and an accounting office in the daily administration of the businesses. This part time position is Monday or Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility for some remote work. The total number of hours per week will take into consideration the successful candidates availability. You will be responsible for handling communication with clients and partners by managing phone calls, emails, and client files. You will also be in charge of handling office tasks like opening files, gathering intake information, preparing correspondence, and assisting with document preparation. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You should be pleasant and professional and enjoy working with people. Must be willing to complete training to be a commissioner for oaths.Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Greet clients and visitors, schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Complete conflict of interest checks, open files, obtain information and documents from clients, communicate with clients and other parties, complete forms, revise and edit documents, prepare templates, letters and other documents, witness signatures, etc.
