Job Description

Manager, Talent & CultureAre you passionate about people and juggling multiple priorities As Talent & Culture Manager, you will work towards delivering team engagement strategies and a true Heartist culture while handling recruitment and benefits priorities.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Recruitment, selection, onboarding and retention
  • Working with and supporting Store Managers across Canada
  • Team Engagement, Benefits, Employee Relations and all other aspects related to Talent & Culture
  • Providing assistance with Payroll
  • Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
  • Previous 2+ years experience in a Human Resources role
  • Previous Human Resources knowledge in Retail preferred, but not required
  • Ability to demonstrate tact, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment, using strong time management/prioritization skills
