Taproom Server & Tour Guide - Jobs in Canmore, AB

Greet all customers with a smile. Serving food and liquor responsibly, while providing guests with a pleasurable experience
Handle the retail sales and ensure accurate inventory practices are followed
Run brewery tours once Cicerone certified and trained
Ensure the retail space is creatively merchandised and well maintained
Stay up to date with all product knowledge and be able to educate all customers on our food, beer and soda offerings
Generate internal invoices for brewery sales related to beer, soda, and merchandise
Provide support for brewery operations when necessary
Direct all inquiries from customers to the right department/contact
Assist with hospitality functions as required
Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, stocking, organizing, ordering and accepting deliveries
Follow all required Health, Safety, Prevention & Sanitation procedures at all times
Provide support and training to colleagues as required
Maintain proper audit track records, follow company policies & procedures
Develop and maintain close and effective working relationship with all supporting departments
Consider the environmental impact of all decisions
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
