Job Description

One Wellness ConciergeOne Wellness is a health and wellness centre offering Physiotherapy, Personal Training, and Massage Therapy . One Wellness is seeking a positive, self-motivated, responsible and professional candidate with a passion for service excellence.Requirements

  • Must have background in Guest Service, Retail sales, Hospitality and/or Spa experience
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have a passion and natural inclination for Guest Service and Health and Wellness
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must possess professional presentation
  • Ability to focus attention on the Guests, Clients and Members’ needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently as well as cohesively as part of the team
  • Must be highly organized and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to complete many diverse tasks concurrently
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Must have computer literacy and previous reservation software and POS experience
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and various methods of payment
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Must have a valid Work Visa
  • Preferable to commit to a minimum of 1-year of employment
Summary of ResponsibilitiesReporting to the General Manager, One Wellness Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Act as a representative of One Wellness and be knowledgeable of their Physiotherapy, Fitness, Massage services
  • Strictly enforce the privacy and confidentiality of Guest, Client and Member information
  • Processing of various method of payments accurately
  • Complete reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures accurately and with service excellence
  • Monitor and maintain the physical environment of One Wellness ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
  • Demonstrate pride in work by creating positive energy, team work, excitement and fun
  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment through personal empowerment, using good judgment and the ability to multi-task
  • Follow all health and safety policies and ensure the safety of Guests, Client, Members and Colleagues and identify and report safety concerns and hazards immediately
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25lbs
  • Frequent ascending and descending stairs and ramps
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 20-40 per weekSalary: $19.00 per hourBenefits:
