Bulk Petroleum Manager – Full TimeCarman Bulk Petroleum LocationDeadline for applications February 7, 2023 Description:Homestead Co-op is hiring a Full Time Bulk Petroleum Manager at our Carman Bulk Petroleum location.Who we are:Co-op does business differently. To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.homesteadco-op.crsWhat you’ll do:Operating in a diverse and highly competitive retail environment, the Petroleum Manager is responsible for the leadership of the Petroleum Operations with Homestead Co-op. This would also include direct responsibility over the assigned Cardlock locations, Lubricant, and Petroleum Equipment commodities at Homestead Co-op. This position is a member of the Leadership Team, reporting progress and results into the B2B Division Manager. This position is responsible for providing strategic direction to the Department’s Team Members to ensure safe, effective operations and processes which align with the strategy, objectives, and vision of the Association. This role will work with the B2B Division Manager to determine current and future requirements for effective execution of merchandising, marketing, image/fixed assets, and talent development in addition to driving sales.Who you are:You are looking for a career in Retail and:

  • Some out of town travel and out of province travel approximately 1 -3 times per year. Travel may be for seminars, conferences, or competition checks as well as to assist in alternate locations as required.
  • Must have a minimum of Grade 12 or Equivalent with a preference for post-secondary education (Business diploma or degree)
  • Must have previous experience of 5 – 7 years progressive and successful retail management.
  • Must have class 3 drivers’ license with air.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
