Job Description

Supervisor - PCP/Stretcher Service Background.Patient Transport Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in a dynamic work environment.The successful applicant must possess 1 year of paramedic or stretcher service experience, but 2 years is preferred. Further requirements include experience in training staff and management experience. Both excellent communication skills and computer literacy will be strong skills for the ideal candidate.Patient Transport Services is growing and expanding, and as such we are seeking compassionate team members to join us in our mission: To make a difference by providing an extraordinary experience- every patient, every encounter, every time.Our commitment to safety and customer service includes providing well- prepared vehicles and equipment for our transfers, coordination of crews in and out of our base location, and the continued development of highly qualified personnel.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, mentoring and support to employees to achieve employee goals.
  • Ensure awareness of all new and existing policy and procedures and monitor compliance.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with employees and fellow Leadership.
  • Support, train and assist staff as necessary.
  • Document all relevant information and communicate within proper internal systems.
Documents and certificates required for employment:
  • Clear Criminal Record (Child Abuse Check, Adult Check & Vulnerable).
  • Class 4F Drivers License (& Drivers Abstract).
  • PCP.
  • Basic Life Support.
  • Medical Clearance.
** Documents and Certificates can be collected after interview & hire agreement.Additional Job details:
  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent.
