Home Centre Yard Clerk - Full Time Summer Student - 40 Hrs/WkCarman Home Centre LocationDeadline for applications April 10, 2023Description:Are you done university for the term, looking for full time summer employment and enjoy working outdoors Homestead Co-op is hiring a Full Time Home Centre Yard Clerk at our Carman location.Who we are:Co-op does business differently. To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.homesteadco-op.crsWhat you’ll do:Reporting to the Lumber Manager your duties will include, but are not limited to; proper handling of all customer transactions, load and deliver building materials purchased. To receive, unload and store merchandise into designated areas, merchandising of product ensuring department standards are met, housekeeping and inventory control. Must be committed to following safe work procedures and to wear the required PPE at all times.Who you are:You are looking for a career in Retail and:

  • You are highly motivated.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts.

  • Must have a minimum of a class 5 drivers license.
  • Enjoy working in the outdoors.
