If you are looking for a career with anindustry leader that also offers a family feel, ADS is the place for you!WHY JOIN ADS- Be a part of a well-established, growing business in Canada and Globally- We are a company that cares about you- Join a culture dedicated to a safe environment- Build a career that provides growth opportunities & advancement.The FLEET DRIVER at our facility plays a key role in our logistics and customer experience.We are looking for an individual who can operate with efficiently whilemaintaining an obsessive focus on safety and continuous improvement.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures- Delivery products to customers in a professional and efficient manner- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and freight manager- Maintain an accurate digital driver’s log (PeopleNet)- Ensure accuracy of delivered quantities and product types- Ensure loads are safe and properly secured- Meet and adhere to all Federal, Provincial and MTO specifications by conductingroutine inspections on truck in adherence to compliance guidelines- Practice continuous improvement and 6S, including facility housekeeping- Achieve expectations to meet standard production efficiencies and KPI’sJob Skills: This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently, while maintaining a strong team orientedenvironment- Dependable- Customer Service Skills- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to maintain efficiency and pace- Analytical thinking and problem solving- Strong communication; reading and writing in EnglishEducational Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Valid AZ LicensePreferred Experience:- Ability to Cross Border- SAFE or Defensive Driving CourseJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.50 per hourSchedule:
