To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.homesteadco-op.crsWhat you’ll do:Reporting directly to the Home Centre Manager, the self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual will be involved in all aspects of Management including: strategic planning, recruitment, training and development and performance management. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to; providing direction to team members, provide customers with efficient and courteous customer service, upholding merchandising standards, receiving and stocking of orders, maintaining a clean warehouse and overstocking area, and assisting with inventory maintenance.Who you are:You are looking for a career in Retail and:

  • Willing to travel between all Homestead locations as needed.
  • Must have a minimum of Grade 12 or G.E.D.
  • Must have previous experience of 3-5 years in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities, with preference to Home Centre experience.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
