Customer and Teamorientation are critical to success in this role. This is a full-time posting, yet we are opento considering part-time if that fits better for our ideal candidate.Specific duties include:•Acknowledge all internal and external customerspromptly, whether in person, on the phone or electronically; respond to orrefer inquiries.•Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriateperson while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette, friendly andprofessional customer handling. Return voicemails promptly or forward to thecorrect department.•Respond to internal requests from otherdepartments or redirect within same business day.•Manage daily workload in a timely fashion toensure internal and external customers are supplied the best customerexperience.•Maintainefficient and organized filing for dealership documents such as MPIRegistrations, Permits, Contracts, Banking/Deposits, Visa’s etc.•Orderrequired dealership supplies as needed with a focus on efficiencies and costsavings.•Assist in keeping the Parts and Service areaclean, sanitized, tidy and clutter free.•Contribute to a safe, secure and positive workenvironment.Qualifications include:•Knowledge of basic accounting or an accountingadmin background•Experience working in anadministrative position•Knowledge of Microsoft Office•Willing to adapt to changingenvironments and work under time constraints•Strong communication skills andthe ability to work well within a team•Very well organized, attentiveto detail and experience manage time and priorities efficientlyWe offer an exceptional people focused culture.
