  • Support in the co-creation of the annual roadmap and goals for the Product Discovery team across INTL with clearly specified swim lanes for EMEA and APAC
  • Work alongside Global Product Discovery and in-market partners to build and deliver Product Discovery roadmaps and objectives within INTL, in support of the broader strategy and goals
  • Own and be responsible for prioritization of annual and quarterly plans within the Product Discovery team, ensuring they are in support of our broader GPD initiatives and goals
  • Provide leadership visibility to the progress of key projects, showcasing ongoing status updates and consistently securing cross-functional and leadership alignment
  • Be accountable for creation of large scale experience strategies for INTL markets, ensuring all new categories and big assortment bets are captured
  • Support team by providing oversight, guidance and ensure follow through of experience business cases in coordination with regional Product Teams against site Taxonomy, Navigation, and Filters
  • Attend priority cross-functional sessions such as GLF to capture and relay all key assortment shifts to our categories, ensuring Product Discovery Specialists have clear strategies in place
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure ongoing alignment in prioritized work efforts across EMEA and APAC regions, coordinating on cross-team opportunities
  • Ongoing collaboration with SEO Manager to drive large scale optimizations to enable INTL markets, and identify opportunities for future prioritization
  • Utilize Product Discovery data to develop data-driven strategies that drive top level performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide leadership visibility into topline performance across Product Discovery scope within applicable regions ensuring a focus on device
  • Assess overall impact of Product Discovery work and topline performance results to identify large scale opportunities, working with your leaders for alignment and prioritization
  • Continually provide visibility and status of ongoing work and subsequent results happening across our team to stakeholders and key partners
  • Consistently monitor teams #39; capacity, driving optimizations of operations through the team, managing priorities and escalating gaps or opportunities in the team structure
  • Provide guidance and support within the Product Discovery team alongside guiding others within the EMEA and APAC regions to trust and understand our ways of working
qualifications
  • 5-7 years working in an Ecommerce business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, and experience in self-service reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics. Ability to create reports and extrapolate key actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute initiatives, using data-driven decision-making to optimize results. Adaptability to refine strategies based on performance data and contribute to measurable success aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proven track record achieving and exceeding KPIs in digital ecommerce.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Experience in managing project deadlines, and ability to work within project management related tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon #39;s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $98,300 - $129,000  annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
