INTROCNL R&D Health mission is to advance knowledge in radiobiology and provide a unique range of isotopes and pre-clinical services to maintain and improve the health of all Canadians.CNL is establishing an in vivo rodent imaging laboratory to advance the safety and performance of radiopharmaceuticals in cancer treatment, and elucidate their mechanisms of action.The Biology R&D Facility is currently operating an optical/CT imaging system and has recently commissioned a high performance small animal preclinical PET/SPECT/CT Imaging system and. CNL is looking for a strong scientist who will be instrumental in developing and growing the molecular imaging laboratory that will perform research in optimising therapeutic options and support the preclinical evaluation of radiopharmaceuticals for imaging and/or therapy of cancer. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with interdisciplinary preclinical project teams to develop and implement advanced imaging techniques for radiopharmaceutical therapy evaluation and performance enhancement. They will be responsible for designing and enhancing rodent imaging and therapeutic studies, serving as a Subject Matter Expert, analysing preclinical data and disseminating results to project teams, stakeholders, customers, and federal and academic partners.
