The Administrative/Payroll Support will be the first line of contact for your internal guests and vendors. This personshould have an energetic can-do attitude, as well as customer service skills and strong administrative skills. Thisindividual needs to be a business professional and enjoy working with leadership. This position requires dynamiccalendaring and time management skills. It also requires excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and requires theability to engage with team members at all levels of the organization. Strong communication skills, and the ability toliaise with peers and leadership to carry out the full range of duties and responsibilities, are also crucial.The individual will be responsible for:Answering and directing all calls through the office and taking appropriate action to assist in resolving matters whenever possible.Receive guest complaints and respond in a timely manner. Handle guest requests for promotional items.Completion of organizations payroll processing, as per payroll schedule.Receiving and responding to payroll inquiries from employees.Cleanliness of the office.Retrieve and enter all invoices from vendorsAccounts payable, enter all invoices and print cheques.Bank Reconciliations, Bank and Adyen.Enter daily store reporting.Order required supplies.Understand the functions of ClearviewA post-secondary education in the Business Administration/ Payroll field and previous experience food service experience is an asset. Strong competency in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to adapt to new software programs, excellent oral and written communication skills will be an important asset as well.Pay will be based on experience.Quick Apply
