Job Description

We are looking for a customer service pro to join our team.

  • Your mission is to ensure customers have a positive experience.
  • You enjoy communicating with customers and are a patient and attentive listener.
Duties:
  • Accept inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule customer appointments and discuss customers’ recent experience.
  • Work in conjunction with the Service team to provide excellent customer service, reminding customers of recommended service or service appointments, rescheduling no shows, and promoting campaigns and special events.
  • Communicate with customers when we make a mistake, to understand and resolve their concerns. In addition, help us learn and improve our processes to prevent these mistakes from recurring.
  • Respond to customer emails and messages with accurate and personalized information in a timely fashion.
  • Update the dealership customer relationship management system after every customer interaction to ensure the customer receives consistent service from every department.
Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Excellent phone communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills including listening and the ability to impact and influence others.
  • Organized and an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs.
  • Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
  • Ability to manage customer complaints and to solve difficult problems.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook email, and customer relationship management systems.
