Our Beautiful Stores are designed as an open concept where friendly customer service, choice of local quality products, cleanliness, and competitive prices are the mains focusOverview:Under the authority of their supervisor, the Customer Service Representative must complete the tasks assigned to them while ensuring quality customer service.Responsibilities:-Assisting and advising customers-Billing and charging customers-Ensuring an attractive display of products in the store-Ensuring the cleanliness of the store-Respecting hygiene and health standards-Informing the restock agent of the products that must be restocked-Counting the register and returning it to the correct amount-Carrying out the store opening and closing tasks-Performing any other task assigned to them by their supervisorRequirements:- Punctuality- Dynamism- Interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure- Rigor and efficiency- Must be able to lift heavy items and to work standing up for 8 hoursExperience, Knowledge and Education:-Must either hold a High School Diploma or a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or be working towards one- Knowledge of zero waste lifestyle- Experience in customer serviceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $14.00 per hourBenefits:
