SUMMARY: The position owns the demand and labor planning for our Canada airport operations. This includes taking airline flight schedules and developing the staffing needs based on demand and budgetary requirements. Creating, editing, and planning specific employee schedules for our larger Canadian operations, such as Vancouver and Calgary. Creating staffing and labor demand based upon specific customer pro formas using established staffing requirements, such as hours per flight or minimal staffing requirements. The role will involve summarizing and communicating business analytics for labor and how it is tied to the operational and financial effectiveness of the business. In addition, this position will be responsible for contributing to and utilizing standardized dashboards; financial models, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting packages. The position will also analyze, report, and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact business performance.
