Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions about the history and properties of materials, objects, and brands.
  • Advise customers on what merchandise to buy and which to avoid.
  • Display products or merchandise to customers according to company standards.
  • Help customers understand their credit account balances.
  • Order merchandise from suppliers.
  • Work with in-store marketing staff to help customers find items they want.
  • Keep accurate records of customers purchases and transactions.
