Job Description

Full Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Motel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motel. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain the overall efficiency and profitability of the establishment.Work setting: Willing to relocate. Must live at the workplace.Education:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher education
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of motel operations including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Housekeeping, cleaning, grass cutting, and snow removal
  • Inspect sites of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
  • Sweep, mop, and wash floors.
  • Dust furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stock linen closet.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Clean bathrooms and showers.
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Perform front desk duties
  • Address customers #39; complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Follow an organized work schedule
  • Organize and maintain inventory Supervision
