They are looking for a Proposal Specialist to join their team on a 1 year contract. This is a hybrid opportunity to support out of the Toronto, Waterloo or Montreal office.The RoleThe Proposal Specialist will be working with a team to respond to sales proposals and requests for proposals to support the organizational growth.Responsibilities

  • Project management of RFP from reception to submission; ensuring quality and timely responses
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create impactful proposals to optimize the opportunity of retaining the business
  • Lead kick-off meetings to strategize action plans with subject matter experts, sales teams and other key stakeholders
  • Work towards continuous improvements of the proposals process
  • Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Proposal Writing experience
  • Familiarity with RFP softwares ie. Loopio Ovidian
  • Experience in Marketing and/or Corporate Communications is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong attention to detail
