In this role, you will oversee the planning, design, implementation, and administration of the total rewards programs at Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition. Your work will ensure our offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the university’s goals and values. You will collaborate closely with university leadership, the People team, and external vendors to develop and manage comprehensive programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.This is a hybrid role, working two days a week in our downtown Toronto office.Who you areYou are passionate about compensation and benefits and eager to make a meaningful impact.
