At Manifest Climate, the Sales Development team is a vital part of the revenue organization.   • You will create great first impressions for Manifest Climate’s future customers
  • You will both respond to inbound sales inquiries and prospect into target accounts with the goal of identifying and qualified new business opportunities for our Account Executive team
  • You will leverage multiple communications channels for prospecting including calls, emails, linkedin, and video
  • You will leverage industry leading sales solutions including Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo,and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • You will work cross functionally by bringing your insights from the frontline to the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams at Manifest Climate
  • You will learn, collaborate, and leverage creativity to try new sales strategies and tactics
What you bring to our collaborative space:
  • Sales aptitude; You have 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and with achieving sales targets.
  • Motivated; You have a growth mindset and can demonstrate drive and persistence.
  • Business Acumen; You have strong business acumen and can effectively speak to the value Manifest Climate will bring to our potential customers.
  • Curiosity; You havea keen sense of curiosity that enables you to discover sales opportunities and identify the challenges faced by our potential customers.
  • Adaptability; you are able to manage competing priorities and keep up with the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup.
  • Communication; You have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent active listening skills
  • Passionate; you understand that climate change is one of the defining challenges of our time, and you are ready to dedicate your professional life to scaling climate risk expertise across the corporate sphere.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales management tools is an asset.
  • Sustainability, environmental science, or climate change background (or similar) considered an asset.
