Job SummaryThe Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Mechanical Technician improves the maintenance-related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line #39;s assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.Roles and Responsibilities:Diagnosing and general repair of grease skids, accumulators, generators, torque pumps, and heads. Performing routine maintenance of the equipment mentioned above (changing fluids and filters etc.) Organizingamp; maintaining the torque bay Keeping maintenance records on equipment. Engaging with third-party suppliers to order parts and rental equipment. Tracking of the rental equipment Receiving and organizing the weekly orders from the suppliers Picking up and delivering parts and equipment locally with the possibility of delivery to the field when needed. Participate in failure investigations as assigned.Minimum Job QualificationsHigh School Diploma required. Previous experience in general maintenance of accumulators, generatorsamp; torque pumps is a plus. Initiative and ability to work effectively with little direction and/or few guidelines. Highly organized and able to keep records. Full Class 5 driver #39;s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience with MS Excel and spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
