  • Climbing ladder (Max Height: 40FT).
  • Working on roofs (Max Height: 60FT).
  • Supervise teams.
  • Train and mentor teams.
  • Ensure safety standards.
  • Manage equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain quality service standards.
  • Coordinate scheduling.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Resolve issues promptly.
  • Uphold company values.
Professional cleaning of:
  • Windows.
  • Gutters.
  • Roofs.
  • Walls.
  • Ground Surfaces.
  • Christmas lights installation.
  • Snow removal and salting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift heavy equipment. (60lbs)
  • Comfortable at heights.
  • Endurance for physical labor.
  • Agility on ladders.
  • Coordination and balance.
  • Weather-resistant work.
Other Requirements:
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Full driver #39;s license.
  • No previous injuries.
  • Reliable transportation.
