The Committee includes tenant members, who provide valuable insights on behalf of residents and help ensure that the views, needs and aspirations of our tenants are at the heart of our decision-making.About the roleThe committee is looking to appoint several tenants to join the existing tenant members on the committee. We are looking for tenants who have a wealth of local knowledge and experience and who share our values and passion for making a difference locally and working as part of a team. This is an exciting time to join Cobalt, and a great opportunity to make a positive impact on our communities.The role is remunerated at £2,495 per annum and the time commitment for this position is approximately one day per month. Meetings are held every other month and usually take place on Wednesdays from 5.30pm. Meetings are held at Cobalt’s office on Lower House Lane. Cobalt will provide IT equipment if required.A full induction and training will be provided to the successful applicant.About usCobalt Housing is a not-for-profit, social landlord based in the heart of our community in North East Liverpool. We are the majority landlord in our area and own and manage around 6000 socially rented homes in Croxteth, Fazakerley and Norris Green.We were formed in February 2003 and were part of a group structure – in 2017 we demerged to become a standalone organisation, ensuring funding would be invested in our neighbourhoods to create a positive future for our residents.The closing date for applications is 5pm on Monday 15th August.
