Job Description

Marketing SpecialistCrystal Fountains is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our Toronto team, who will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in driving marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, foster loyalty, and contribute to revenue growth. Based in our Concord facility, you #39;ll collaborate with global teams, leading marketing initiatives and creating a compelling online presence. What you’ll be doing:
  • Copywriting – Researching and drafting social media captions, project and/or campaign blog posts, and PR editorials.
  • Gather, analyze, interpret, and report data on lead generation, website, and social media analytics, and campaign performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Tracking users and inquiries daily, coming from the website and conveying them to the Sales Department.
  • Conducting frequent website audits and updates.
  • Social Media management – Drafting calendars and captions, working with our design specialist to create content, liaising with departments, team members, and clients to gather information, posting on our social media platforms, and tracking and reporting analytics.
  • Campaign management – Work with the Marketing Manager on monthly project, product, or thematic omni-channel campaigns, which include blog posts, e-blasts, social media posts, and overview videos.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager on other online and offline key projects.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Experience and proficiency in copywriting, both long and short format.
  • Experience and proficiency in Marketing (Social Media and website, primarily) data analytics, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Experience and proficiency in Social Media management, including Social Media strategy, tools, and content creation.
  • Experience in website management.
Good to have:
  • Experience in graphic design and using Adobe Creative Suite software, primarily Photoshop, Premier Pro, and InDesign.
  • Experience in Social Media ads for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in Email Marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign, Mail Chimp etc.
  • Photo and video production skills.
  • Experience in visual communication principles.
