You will help build long-term relationships with our clients with helping to answer client inquiries and requests through policy and coverage insurers.A Day in The Life -- Assist producer and marketer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts.- Meet existing clients #39; needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In-House Policies, Invoicing, Finance Contracts, Customer Correspondence).- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to the client.- Negotiate with insurers on coverage and price so as to best meet the needs of the client in conjunction with the producer.- Update client information as changes occur.- Answer account related questions/requests from clients, lawyers, and banks.- Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry.- Will be assigned some minimal, but regular duties to help support the floater position.What You Bring -- Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.- Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute in a team environment.- Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.The employment offer is contingent upon completion of a successful background check.Why Join HUB- An exceptional and welcoming company culture.- Excellent compensation, benefits, RRSP match and company perks.- Paid educational training and vast learning opportunities.- Room for advancement and growth within the organization.- A company that gives back and is active in the community.What makes us different than all the restOur Vision: To be everywhere risk exists - today and tomorrow.
