The role fosters strong relationships with students, Elders, communities, and employees, and collaborates closely with the Indigenous Student Success Coordinator to provide reciprocal cross-coverage during absences and key events.Qualifications: Certificate in Indigenous Studies, Social Work, or a related discipline. University Studies Diploma or an Associate of Arts Degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Work is desirable. Minimum three years of experience planning and delivering cultural programming and events and experience providing holistic support to Indigenous learners.A strong understanding of Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing is expected. Competence in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of cultural safety.
