It’s a unique opportunity to do valuable work while being your personal best.Join our team as a Community Support Worker working at our day services program located in Ladner.This permanent full-time role works Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM) at a salary range between $21.63– 25.19 per hour plus benefits, including Extended Health and Dental and participation in the Municipal PensionPlan.Who We AreDelta Community Living Society is a person-centered, progressive and impactful non-profit organization. Wehelp people with developmental disabilities by facilitating community connections, family supports, employmentopportunities, and supportive housing options with a commitment to life-long learning, choice and self-determination.About the OpportunityAs a full-time Community Support Worker, you will work 35 hours per week at our community inclusion site inLadner. You will be actively engaging supported individuals to live a fulfilling and independent life. You are amotivated and personable individual with a passion to deliver person-centered supports. This means you couldbe helping an individual to discover more of their community, learn new life-skills such as cooking, physicalfitness activities, art classes, or seeking employment. You assist with their physical, social, emotional,educational and recreational needs.
