HiNeon is a fast-growing LED neon sign manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of custom and pre-built modern neon signs/artwork. Through constant R&D we’re now leading the technological revolution of transferring neon from last-generation glass neon to environment-friendly LED neon. We mainly work with business clients from the U.S. and Canada with renowned clients like Google, Uber, WeWork, Adobe, Earls, etc.We’re now looking for a handy and well-rounded warehouse specialist with great attention to detail skills to join our Vancouver team. The right candidate is responsible for assisting in warehouse management, inbound and outbound shipments. This will start as a part-time job which could lead to a full-time position upon performance after 3 months.Responsibilities:LED Neon signs receiving, testing, and inventory managementOrder packaging and shippingSort, check, verify, record, examine, and route incoming and outgoing shipmentsProperly organize the warehouse to ensure all material is readily accessible, countable, and identifiable. Ensure the warehouse is well organized, clean, and tidy.Process customer returns or replacementQualifications:1+ years of warehousing/fulfillment experienceBe able to lift up to and including 44 lbs or 20 Kgs without assistanceHands-on experience with common tools (i.e./ screwdriver, electric drill or saw, etc)Previous experience working with ERP/Inventory tracking systemGreat attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of inventory levelsProven ability to manage and organize a warehouse by yourselfGood communication and teamwork skillsDecent experience with Excel and Google DocsExcellent time management, with the ability to meet key deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGood to have:Amazon FBA shipment experiencePick and packing experience with an eCommerce companyBasic knowledge in electronics/electrical background (using a soldering gun to fix small electronics)Operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucksHow do we work:We offer a very entrepreneurial, and highly operational environment.
