As the Western Canadian distributor for Kubota and John Deere power systems, Kohler Industrial Power Generation products as well as Mitsubishi marine engines we service what we sell.   • Using ERP to send invoices and payment reminders electronically
  • Collections of all past due account through phone call and electronically
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and credit limits
  • Send out monthly statements to customers
  • Weekly AR analysis report
  • Process and approve credit application or direct to John Deere Finance
  • Manage credit card payments
  • Posts customer payments by recording cheques, e-transfers, ach and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and make bank deposits
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
  • Prepare Export Documentation preparation – CERS, EPA, CUSMA, NAFTA on outgoing shipments
  • Bank reconciliation monthly
  • Prepare assorted revenue and service reports
  • Help in transitioning to new ERP system
  • Performs other related duties as required
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2-year accounts receivable or accounting experience
  • Post-secondary education is required, preferably with accounting courses
  • Experience in ERP system – EPICOR
  • Attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate recording of funds received.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a results-oriented approach to business
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
