Working closely with the Commercial Services team and Operations, you develop, market, sell and manage BC Ferries’ product and services to Commercial segments. You will monitor the Commercial industry and competition, identifying and acting on attractive market segments and growth opportunities. You initiate customer-keeping strategies, tactics and initiatives, and you take a pro-active approach to developing solutions between customer needs and expectations, ensuring the best possible services within the context of the total Ferry System and network. You will also support the Commercial team with employee relations and engagement issues, and you will be interchangeable with the Logistics Manager position as required.You have an entrepreneurial spirit which supports your ability to adapt and achieve results in a dynamic and challenging environment. You are highly analytical, able to develop and report on budgets, metrics and other analytics with ease. A polished professional and an engaging team player, you bring demonstrated leadership potential.You have an undergraduate degree in business with considerable experience in Sales and Key Account Management. You bring a proven track record of achievement, specifically in sales growth and business development, along with working knowledge of the Commercial trucking industry and experience managing resources, logistics and analytics.
