You interpret and/or prepare drawings; establish material requirements for layout installation, maintenance, servicing and inspection; and provide leadership and guidance to other trades employees on marine facilities and the operation of related systems.You have a thorough understanding of marine facility maintenance including hydraulics, WCB Regulations, and safe work practices with a high level of self motivation and initiative. You have strong organizational, analytical communication, and interpersonal skills, and are a strong team player with the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.You have a minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dock Repairer and hold a BC or Interprovincial Trade Qualification in Pile Driving, Bridgeman and a valid Crane Operator Certificate. In addition, you have a Class 3 Drivers License, with air endorsement. Experience working in a marine environment would an asset.
