Job Description

The Food Service Representative contributes to the success of the UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP by maximizing business growth through the acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer in various channels such as Restaurants, Hotels, Entertainment Facilities and all other Non-retail Channels.Key Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving foodservice sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory by providing superior customer service.
  • Growing base business through effective selling and execution of monthly business priorities.
  • Prospecting and acquiring new foodservice accounts
  • Cross-sell product categories of UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP including Produce, Condiments, Beverages, Dried Goods, Meat, Packing materials, Frozen Seafood and other frozen products.
  • Activating local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build key brand development and maximize key brand performance.
Qualifications/RequirementsWho is good for the team:
  • 1-2 years of fact-based direct selling experience preferred
  • Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred
  • Food service customers resource is a must
  • A second language is a plus
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
  • Solid presentation skills required
  • Possess a valid drivers license and own vehicle
