Together as one team, we are Here to move.Position Description SummaryInventory Coordinator will support the inventory alignment and pick line integrity for the operation. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance of inventory set up and item accuracy.Principal Accountabilities

  • Physically moving pallets out of layer and loose case locations so to assign to new items
  • Daily assigning items to loose case or layer locations in Red Prairie
  • Verify weights/ measurements/ pallet configuration information on materials with discrepancies
  • Maintain tracking records for materials with pallet configuration issues
  • Liaison between DB Schenker and Maple Leaf on inventory discrepancies
  • Maintaining Item accuracy in Red Prairie
  • Run ABC Item classification report monthly to update Red Prairie
  • Weekly inventory count on warehouse supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills
  • MHE certified - Reach
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office, specifically excel
  • Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
  • Excellent accuracy and organization skills complimented by the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Work effectively as a team player
  • Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing process
