Remote work is not available.Schedule to be determinedWhat You’ll DoAs our Logistics Communication Specialist, you will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication skills to create and maintain strong relationships with our drivers and customers. You’ll be responsible for communicating with customers regarding billable wait times, delays, questions, etc. You will also communicate frequently with our driving team to convey hazards, discuss comments, concerns, etc. You’ll also be using your strong multitasking skills to provide support in a fast paced, high call volume office environment while also completing operational and data entry tasks.You will:
