The Pit Manager is an experienced and enthusiastic team leader, responsible for table games operations and managing Dealers and Dealer supervisors. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective and efficient customer service.
  • Resolve conflicts as they arise to maintain good guest and employee relations.
  • Oversee human resources issues and support staff development initiatives.
  • Manage Tables staff to achieve and maintain a high and consistent level of job performance and customer service.
  • Maintain and review staff schedules and report all shift activity.
  • Generate feedback from Tables staff and communicate feedback to management.
  • Work closely with department managers, staff, and external regulatory authorities to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming floor.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through business proposals.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of gaming regulatory policies.
  • Supervise and observe Dealers and Dealer Supervisors.
What You Bring
  • Minimum three years of gaming experience or dealing a variety of games.
  • At least one year of experience as a Dealer Supervisor.
  • Refined understanding of overall Casino operations
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive energy and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, email, Internet navigation, and presentation software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and a willingness to work a variety of shifts.
