Job Description

  • Friday to Sunday (12-hour shifts)
  • 5:15 AM to 5:45 PM (includes an additional 4 paid hours to reach 40/week)
Day Shift:
  • Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts)
  • 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Range:
  • $30 - $40 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools (e.g., lathes, milling machines) to produce components to specified tolerances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches.
  • Use machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure equipment and supply readiness.
  • Follow written procedures and maintain documentation.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Red Seal Machinist certification or 2nd to 4th-year Machinist Apprentice.
  • Experience with Haas and Fanuc controls is a strong asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to processes
