Job Description

  • Shift: Afternoon Shift.
  • Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts).
  • 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.
Pay Range:
  • $24- $30 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate laser, plasma, or water-cutting machines to produce high-quality steel components.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret shop drawings and other technical documents, including safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in laser, plasma, or water cutting of steel.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
  • Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and precision measurement equipment.
