Job Description

  • Friday to Sunday (12-hour shifts).
  • 5:15 AM to 5:45 PM
Afternoon Shift:
  • Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts).
  • 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.
Pay Range:
  • $24 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC band saws to cut various steel materials according to technical specifications.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, technical documents, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Ensure quality control of cuts and finished products.
  • Adhere to Marcon #39;s rigorous safety standards and policies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience operating CNC band saws in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documentation.
  • Solid understanding of steel fabrication techniques and various steel grades.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
  • Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, and precision measurement tools is a plus.
