This requires a management style that is committed to excellence and an exceptional level of communications and leadership. In the process you will be the Ambassador for world class health, safety and wellness initiatives, promote good relations with community leaders, customers and union representatives and work with Terminal Managers to ensure that daily operations meet all BC Ferries standards.You have a post secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related field along with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience managing a passenger transportation terminal, marine transport experience an asset. In addition, you bring several years’ experience implementing strategic initiatives, leading both a unionized and non-unionized workforce, and creating and managing large operating budgets.
