Job Description

Mint Tiny House Company are hiring!All work at Mint Tiny House Company is carried out indoors in our workshop facility in Tilbury industrial estate Delta.We are currently hiring experienced framers.Benefits / Perks

  • All work is carried out indoors so work is very consistent and not weather dependent.
  • There is no time required to haul tools on and off the job site. Everything is setup and can remain in the workshop.

  • Potential option of evening time shift. 12pm - 8pm
*Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
  • Framing walls
  • Roofing
  • Sheathing
Our walls are framed indoors on a framing table with overhead gantry cranes to take care of the heavy lifting.Experience / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of framing experience.
  • Experience in operating Gantry cranes would be a bonus.
  • Must have a high knowledge of framing and be able to work efficiently.
  • Must be able to read blueprints and work well with others.
  • Experience in a lead position would be a bonus.
Benefits package included following completion of 3 month probation period.Potential option of evening time shift. 12pm - 8pmPay rate will depend on previous experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $28.00-$34.00 per hourJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $30.00-$35.00 per hourBenefits:

  • 8 hour shift
