Job Description

Axon is looking for a capable Scheduling Coordinator to help with our expanding operation. If you have an established, proven track record of success in a office environment keep reading!As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will carry out various functions within our office environment that will help to ensure the smooth operation of our client facing operation. Some of the functions that you will perform are as follows:Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Interact with our Engineering, Production and Sales teams to establish schedules for each department
  • Contact clients in order to ascertain needs, confirm production timelines, and schedule delivery and moving services
  • Organize and coordinate deliveries with our delivery team and moving partners
  • Monitor progress of each teams schedules
  • Maintain and keep all calendars and schedules up to date
  • Contact clients by email and phone in order to ascertain their needs and see how we can best serve them
  • Answers phone calls and emails from clients in an expeditious manner
  • Manage scheduling/office related tasks as they arise, and escalate tasks to appropriate departments when required
PREFERRED CANDIDATE
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Has previous customer service experience and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has previous Coordinating delivery scheduling/office experience
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$30.00 per hourBenefits:

Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Front desk: 1 year (required)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
