(External) English Responsibilities:The Panel Builder Support specialist will work directly with the assigned Panel-Builders to manage their quotation and order management requirements. The PBSS will configure price and technically support the product lines with their perimeter and work with the internal teams to support other product lines that the Panel-Builder requires.The Panel Builder Support Specialist will develop the account to work with the suite of digital tools available to them to drive an efficient self-serve model giving them greater access to pricing tools and order status updates.The preferred candidate will have experience working with quotation and order management tools, have a technical capability to configure and price low voltage distribution components and equipment, have an understanding of the digital self-serve tools and the capability to support remote customers to develop their competencies in those tools.Additional Skills and QualificationsStrong understanding of SE Advantage and Q2CAbility to configure MasterPac Breakers and work with support team for other product lines.Willingness to learn the digital tool suite for self-serve and support the PB in developing their use of those tools.(External) English Qualifications:Let us learn about you!
