Find out how our values and unique position make Schneider Electric the employer of choice.What will you doSchneider Electric Sales Operation Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of a Project Management Assistant in our Dollard-des-Ormeaux location.The Project Assistant will support a regional team of Project Managers providing assistance in multiple areas.

  • Prepare approval, record and “as build” drawing packages for customers;
  • Create project and quotations folders and save relevant documents;
  • Manage e-mail inboxes by creating folders for projects and saving all relevant quotation documentation;
  • Manage Customer complaints;
  • Manage customers expedite request of stock items, tracking and POD copies;
  • Complete minor changes on distribution panel Product Selector;
  • Complete and submit credit request per instructions provided by the project managers;
  • Other duties as required.

  • Proficient Computer skills: Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Adobe Acrobat
  • Salesforce (bFO) and experience with ERP systems (asset)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organize effectively
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • General instructions will be provided but is expected to perform tasks independently
  • Functional knowledge of English and French is required to carry out the scope of work, including working with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.
