As a technical support, the applicant will be expected to resolve customer issues/challenges. The successful candidate will be able to analyze the needs of the customer and deliver a solution based on the customer's application requirements.https://youtu.be/4EtpkB0cuXEGreat people make Schneider Electric a great company.ResponsibilitiesReview RFQ’s for clarity of request, suitability for Schneider Electric product offering, risk assessment, profitability, and time given to complete.Work closely with Outside sales team to ensure specification compliance and sales strategy alignment.Review and match products to customer specifications and drawings by demonstrating knowledge of products.Identify and promote opportunities to improve the quotation process and measure effectiveness.Be the single point of contact for all internal and external customers throughout the life cycle of multiple orders.Review purchase orders and quotation with Sales reps to ensure clean order entry.Convert orders based on PO requirements.Diligently manage ‘change order’ process.Continually monitor and effectively communicate order status to relevant parties.Ensure customer deliverables have been satisfied to Schneider Electric terms and conditions.Other duties as required.QualificationsWe know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
