Job Description

Company Name:Enterprise Registry Solutions LimitedSummary:The position of Product Manager leads the planning and development of the assigned Commercial Product. Working with many internal and external stakeholders, this role ensure the success through customer satisfaction balanced against a product budget. This role requires significant client liaison, internal consulting and cross functional interactions.Major Activities:This role requires the following tasks or functions to be considered part of the brief:

  • Manage the Product Roadmap and contribute to the Product Steering Group. The product roadmap defines the features and issues that the company targets to tackle as part of the strategic direction for a set period. This roadmap must be analysed, maintained and updated to reflect the feature completion, feature inclusion and the changing nature of product direction.
  • Execute the Product Governance. Governance is the set of rules defined to ensure that technology solutions are managing the product correctly and are in-line with ISC strategic aspirations. Ensure the rules are being applied to the decision making process.
  • Analyse, design, cost, resource and project manage feature delivery. It is his /her responsibility to manage the development and implementations of the product. It is NOT their responsibility to direct the technical solution of the product.
  • Act as product owner. The Product Manager may work in a product owner role to deliver user stories, mock ups and requirements for feature development.
  • Facilitate a client feedback loop. Ultimately, everything that is build at a product level must be tested with our clients. It is the role of the Product Manager to run these workshop, test features, gather feedback on promote a continuous loop of improvement.
Knowledge:As a minimum this role requires the following educational achievements:A primary degree (business or technology) Project Management qualification (PMP or other) Product Management QualificationAlso, some desired educational or training achievements:Qualifications in UI/UX or HCI Qualification in Psychology Qualifications in software developmentAs a minimum this role requires the following skillset:Communication Skills – needed to enable a clear vision of features and goals Development / Coding Skills – needed to allow person to communicate in detail on all aspects of product development Product Management Skills – needed to manage the product and understand best practice and priority management Project Management Skills – needed to manage product development in to project format Advanced Computing Skills – needed to allow person to work with the necessary tools and products used throughout the product management process.Quick Apply
